One of the members of the family Baron Phillipe de Rothschild became a premier winemaker and he also owned the vineyard Mouton-Rothschild. This wine business of Rothschild family is still going on to this day and it is said that the retailing for one bottle of this kind of brand costs a little bit over 1 thousand dollars.

Also, the family is a huge supporter of Jewish communities and is involved in many charities and organizations. They also helped to develop area throughout Israel and were involved into established University in Israel.
